Sales Associate

The Pet Shoppe is currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals for the retail sales role. Candidate must be able to work weekends. Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store
• Assessing customers’ requirements and suggesting proper breeds
• Working with cash registers and processing payments
• Setting and attaining sales goals
• Giving customers advice about breed-specific behaviors
• Using upselling techniques to increase store sales
• Recommending best practices of dog care to customers
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing

Kennel Help

The Pet Shoppe is currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals for the Kennel Cleaning role. Candidate must be able to work weekends. Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning kennels
• Feeding animals
• Bathing animals
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary working environment
• Loving puppies
• Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing
